Introducing Our Training Services

Our Training Programme is run regularly and is tailored to individuals' needs. As well as induction schemes and an introduction to care course (if required) we also run more advanced training and there are some great opportunities for you to develop your full potential. As well as our in house training scheme, we also have existing relationships with established NVQ trainers and we would be happy to work with you to provide a unique training package to suit your needs. As a qualified member, it's important to keep your registration up to date with the relevant body (NMC or HPC).  We offer firm support in helping you recognise and achieve your Contiuing Professional Development (CPD) criteria directly linked with updating your clinical skills relevant to your practice.  That's why we make it a priority to help you with training and offer regular appraisals at your convenience.
