Quality assurance

We are accustomed to working with relatives, hospitals discharging patients, district nurses, Social Services and GP's to ensure a personal service which is tailored to your care needs.  Every home care patient will be assessed by a qualified nurse who will devise a care programme to meet their requirements and liase with the carers and nurses that we hand pick to suit you.

Staff join our agency only after they've been through rigorous checks to make sure they're qualified for their roles, hold up-to-date certification and have undergone relevant training. 

Team Recruitment's high standards require all agency staff to have a face-to-face interview with us before joining.

We also check:

  • identity, visas
  • professional references
  • NMC/HPC registration
  • information held by the Criminal Records Bureau
  • immunisation status
  • evidence of CPD - clinical skills
  • mandatory training

We then assess each member of staff's induction needs and whether additional training is required, and set up a tailored induction schedule.
