Team Brain Injury Support

We are proud that we are able to provide help and support to clients with Acquired Brain Injury throughout the UK. Our specialist support workers are incredible people who work in an innovative and dynamic way. They are people who have good depth of experience in the care environment, coming from a variety of back grounds. The support workers are supported by us through appropriate education and specific training which is provided for us by one of the leading brain injury case management companies in the U.K.

Wren Hooper is the manager of Team Brain Injury Support, he is an RGN with 15 years experience including intensive care where he developed his interest in brain injury and managing a rehabilitation unit for a major NHS trust. He liaises closely with the teams of support workers which he helps set up for the case management companies whom we work with. This ensures close supervision, appraisal and smooth running of the team, which ultimately benefits our clients.

We believe that at Team Brain Injury Support we provide the best support for clients with brain injuries by matching the best support workers to our clients. Regular reports are written by the support workers in order to ensure we are achieving measurable goals with our clients. All of our staff are managed in line with CSCI standards and are fully CRB checked. We work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team including, occupational therapists, physiotherapists ensuring the highest standards of support for our clients.

If you feel you have the ability to provide positive role modelling and uphold the highest standards working with people with an acquired brain injury in a part time or full time capacity, then please contact Wren, Jenny or Liz to discuss this further 02380 828160.
